- When you send our quote form: your name, phone number, email, the vehicle and service you are interested in, pick-up and return dates and times, pick-up location, and any details you type in.
- When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp: your contact details and whatever you choose to share.
- When you book: the documents and payment information needed for your rental, such as your driver's license, proof of insurance and deposit details. These are collected directly, not through this website.
This website does not use cookies or analytics tracking, and we do not sell your information.
How we use it
- To answer your request, check availability and send you a quote.
- To confirm and manage your booking, including verifying your eligibility to rent.
- To contact you about your booking, and to keep the records we are legally required to keep.
Who we share it with
- Form delivery: quote requests are sent to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service.
- Service providers: companies that help us run bookings, such as payment processors and insurers, only as needed for your rental.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to handle accidents, damage, tolls or traffic citations connected to your rental.
Other services on this site
Our fonts load from Google Fonts. The WhatsApp and Instagram buttons take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and booking records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and insurance requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below. Some booking records must be kept for legal reasons.
Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
