Rental Terms

These terms apply to every self-drive rental, chauffeur booking and photo or video shoot with Miami Vibes Limos ("we", "us"). By booking, you ("you", "the renter") agree to them. We will also give you a written rental agreement at booking; if it differs from this page, the signed agreement controls.

1. Who can rent

• Self-drive renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• You must show proof of full-coverage auto insurance that applies to the rented vehicle.
• Only drivers named on the rental agreement may drive. Each additional driver must meet the same requirements.
• Chauffeur bookings do not require a license or insurance from the passenger.

2. Reservations and deposit

• A booking is confirmed once we receive your documents, the agreed payment and the security deposit.
• The security deposit varies by vehicle and rental. We will tell you the amount at the time of booking.
• The deposit is returned after the vehicle is inspected, minus any charges owed under these terms.

3. Cancellations and changes

• Cancel at least 72 hours before your start time for a full refund of your payment.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time are charged 50% of the booking. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
• Date or time changes depend on availability and are not guaranteed.

4. Minimums and waiting time

• Chauffeur bookings have a 4-hour minimum. Photo and video shoots have a 4-hour minimum; a Production Day is 8 hours.
• Chauffeur bookings include 30 minutes of free waiting time. After that, waiting is billed at the vehicle's hourly rate.
• Time beyond what you booked is billed at the hourly rate, subject to availability.

5. Mileage, fuel and returns

• Self-drive rentals include a daily mileage allowance. Extra miles are charged per mile:
  • Lamborghini Revuelto: 75 miles per day, $5 per extra mile
  • Lamborghini Urus: 100 miles per day, $3 per extra mile
  • Mercedes-Benz S580: 150 miles per day, $1.50 per extra mile
• Chauffeur bookings and photo or video shoots are billed by the hour and have no mileage limit.
• Return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at pick-up, or a refueling charge applies.
• Late returns are charged $150 per hour ($500 per hour for the Lamborghini Revuelto). Vehicles more than 4 hours late without contact may be reported as unreturned.
• The vehicle must stay within the state of Florida unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. How the vehicle may be used

• No smoking or vaping in any vehicle. A $500 smoking fee applies.
• No racing, track use, off-road or beach driving, towing, or driving under the influence.
• No sub-renting, ride-share or commercial passenger use without our written approval.
• Pets are not allowed without our approval.

7. Damage, tickets and tolls

• You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the vehicle during your rental, including repair costs, loss of use and towing, to the extent allowed by law.
• Report any accident, damage or theft to us and, where required, to the police right away.
• You are responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, red-light and speeding citations during your rental, plus a $50 processing fee for each one.

8. Chauffeur bookings

• Our chauffeur may end a ride without refund if a passenger's behavior is unsafe or illegal.
• Passengers are responsible for damage they cause to the vehicle's interior, including cleaning beyond normal use.
• The number of passengers may not exceed the vehicle's seating (8 in the Sprinter, 5 in the sedans).

9. Photo and video shoots

• A Miami Vibes Limos team member stays with the vehicle for the whole shoot.
• No one may sit or stand on the vehicle. No smoke machines, confetti, liquids or open flames near it.
• Commercial use (ads, brand campaigns, label-backed music videos) must be disclosed at booking and may be priced differently.

10. Our liability

We are not responsible for personal items left in a vehicle, or for delays caused by traffic, weather or events outside our control. If a vehicle becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, our liability is limited to a refund of what you paid for the affected booking.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
